Although we didn't make an offer on the property, Jenni's knowledge of the unit and the surrounding area was very impressive. And her bright and cheery personality was amazing! We brought my elderly, handicapped father with us and she entertained him (and gave him candy) while my husband and I toured the property. She answered all our questions easily and was very accommodating.

"Jenni is an amazing realtor. She worked diligently to help my family find a new home looking at I lost count of how many properties, but never once did she ever change her cheery positive attitude when price point, location, or style changed, or the family argued about waterfront or not, she just stayed the course and helped us move forward and found a great compromise with water and ocean. I can’t say many if any realtors would have been as patient and understanding as her or found the amazing property that she found. "I decided to sell a piece of land in Florida that I've had for many years. It was in an undeveloped area. Jenni became my realitor, and from the start was energetic and so easy to work with! Together we reviewed and developed a marketing plan. Although I live in NH, she consistently kept me updated through texts and phone conversations. Jenni continued to adapt and change the plan to try and reach potential buyers. It took a year but she hung in there and tha sale finally happened! There were some glitches with overnight documents, but she was there on the phone with me and helped with the title company. Jenni is professional, determined, energetic, and a delight to work with! I loved working with her."

"Jennifer knows her stuff! She is genuine and a real asset to whomever she has as a client. Jennifer is more then a "basic everyday" realtor. She was a counselor (therapist), a fantastic guide, and became a part of our family. However, she keept it nothing but professional at all times! This is the 2nd time Jennifer has helped our family ?? through a difficult yet exciting new chapter in our lives. We got above asking price........and the deal was almost lost due to my own stubborn mindset. Yet Jennifer took her time to (((listen))) and understand our situation and saved the transaction that i was canceling. Not once but 3 x ! Yes, I admit...... I was wrong in being head strong in trying to get above and beyond what I personally thought our families house was truly worth. We paved the way for increasing the comps for the neighborhood - I truly can't say enough about Jennifer in helping me and my wife deal with the situation ww had and continue to have in dealing with my mothers needs. Jennifer helped in a way that wasn't overstepping the client/realtor business relationship but having the ability to have these skills in knowing what we had to deal with in regards to my mother and her health issues. My mother is an absolute nightmare to handle her needs. It was a roller coaster both physically for me due to my own health issues with a bad left hip grinding away and emotionally having to deal with my mothers health issues in getting the house ready.
